ACCOMODATIONS & LAYOUT:The interior plan of this Tayana 37 sleeps 5, but she has been designed as a rather lavish cruising suite for two, with occasional guests. Starting forward is the owner’s stateroom with a spacious forward V-berth, in a functional, comfortable cabin which is unusually spacious. The custom made HandCraft Inner-Spring Mattress is exceptionally comfortable. There is excellent storage in 4 large teak drawers under and 2 lockers outboard on each side in V-berth, which is finished in beautiful traditional Tayana 37 teak joinery work! Louvered doors access a large divided rope/chain locker forward. Next aft to port is the large enclosed head with hot/cold water shower in separate stand up compartment, with Formica countertop with storage under, a stainless steel sink and a proper offshore head – facing fore and aft. There is a custom teak medicine cabinet with linen lockers, as well as a teak shower grate and seat. Head has a holding tank and Y-valve for overboard discharge. Opposite the head to starboard is a true wardrobe with 2 hanging lockers which are flanked by a huge 4 drawer storage unit. The double-door and single-door hanging lockers have a combined 4’ of hanging space. Above the wardrobe is a teak fiddled storage area. Mounted on the bulkhead is the Ship’s Bell. The bell can be moved to a cockpit mount for practical use. The entire forward cabin can be closed off by the head door for complete privacy. It is easy to understand the attraction of the Tayana 37 for liveaboards when you look at her main salon, which is well lit and airy with a spacious, light ambiance. To port is a large L-shaped settee with deep comfortable cushions which makes into a double sleeping berth, with generous stowage under, behind and above in lockers and bookshelves. The solid teak dinette table has drop-leafs for more room when down, or to seat all your guests with the leaves up.
“ANCHOR MANAGEMENT” has numerous lockers, drawers, shelves and excellent storage throughout and many amenities that will be appreciated by the serious cruiser. Opposite to starboard, a single settee pulls out for a double berth with storage behind cushion backs and in louvered lockers with bookshelves in between. With the lee cloth deployed, the single settee makes a great pilot berth. A flat screen TV with built in DVD player. All interior woodwork is classic Tayana teak and gives the appearance and feel of fine furniture. All bulkheads are staved, solid teak; all locker doors are louvered for ventilation and all bookshelves have retaining fiddles. The cabin sole is varnished teak and holly. Overhead are two teak handrails and the overhead is white Formica panels with teak trim. There are three deck prisms, a hatch over the forward berth, amidships a traditional “butterfly” hatch with custom screens throughout, making for comfort at anchor or at the dock. The upholstery is a light neutral cream with white trim. A brass kerosene trawler lamp hangs above the table and fits perfectly with the “old world” charm of this attractive cabin. The navigation station, to starboard and facing outboard has a hinged teak navigation desk with ample storage under, and plenty of room for navigation books, charts and electronics. There is a cushioned swing out seat build of heavy duty stainless under the chart table with lots of room for electronics and navigation equipment. Next aft are 4 more huge teak storage drawers and an additional hanging locker. The galley, located to port of the companionway, is a fine U-shaped galley of a size more commonly associated with a 45’ boat, with deep double stainless steel sinks with hot/cold pressure water on centerline, large deep storage well dry locker/bin with lift out container inset into the white Formica galley counter, fresh & salt water foot pump, and a three burner stainless steel propane stove with oven and broiler, fueled by two propane tanks(New 2009) in the cockpit well. There are also three louvered food lockers outboard. You will find a custom teak dish locker and a teak cutting board/cover for stove. A 12V Technautics, CoolBlue refrigeration systems in a large top and front loading icebox, makes an excellent “liveaboard yacht” with abundant storage and perfect for the gourmet cook.

REMARKS
:“Anchor Management” is prepared for blue water sailing with meticulous attention to comfort and offshore amenities. She is in excellent condition, extremely dry and ready for a new owner. She has seen very limited use over her lifetime – very lightly cruised – never chartered – partially on fresh water and all gear has been kept in fine working order with equipment being replaced or refurbished as needed. Over $100,000 has been spent in the last couple years on upgrades and gear. Owned and maintained by a 100 ton captain. This is the best equipped tayana 37 on the market. Period.
LOCATION: Marathon, Florida. Have a captain who can deliver anywhere in the world for additional fee.
