included is a 2007 3.5 horsepower Mercury outboard motor.  This is a motor you could use for a dinghy, and the boat is already set up with a motor mount and dinghy davits. (no dinghy included)

 

All plumbing and wiring is there for a watermaker,  the  same goes for the wind generator, solar panels, SSB, and radar.  However, this equipment was stolen while the boat was sitting in the Caribbean.  The nice thing is that they can be very easily added since all the wiring and mounting systems are still in place (ie. You won’t have to spend $2,500 on a custom stainless stern rail to mount the stuff.

 

Most lights throughout the cabin are dual white or red for night time

 

Huge salon area will sit 6 for breakfast lunch dinner or maybe just wine and  conversation.  The same goes for the massive cockpit (which is fully enclosed so you can even use it in bad weather.  If you want a breeze through it, just zip open a few sections)

 

This boat is in above average condition for the year, however it has not been a marina queen.  This boat has been cruised all over the Caribbean and South America.  Our captain just sailed her in from St Vincent this year.  Over 2,000 nautical miles.  Average speed of well over 8 knots.

 

The sugar scoop stepped transoms with swim ladder makes it a wonderful boat to dive or snorkel off from.

 

Draws just 18” of water with the boards up.  That means you can take this boat places that most sailboats can't go.  You can beach the boat if you want to, and step off the bow onto the beach!
